alphabetically starting from the outside counter clockwise and ending in the center. There are 5 different terrain hexs in the Settlers Catan game and each produce different resources.
There are four parts to the typical turn in the Settlers Catan game, each player rolls the dice for resource production and may build settlements, cities or roads, buy development cards or trade with other players for needed resources.
